  1. Population and dissenters: The number of Families is about seventy two, of which Fifteen are Presbyterian, & two Quakers. – No Meeting-house.
    By Families, I understand all seperate Renters, of which there are sometimes several in One house, & often but one is a Family.

  2. Public or charity schools: No Publick, or Charity School endowed, or otherwise maintained.

  3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: Here are two small fields of Land left for the Repair of the Church, under the direction of the Church-wardens. And twenty shillings a year, (arising out of another Estate) to be given to a maid servant or servants, who shall continue in one service with good Repute, for the major part of <five> years, in, & marry out of this Parish. I neither know, nor have heard of any abuses, or Frauds committed in the Management of them. To this may be added an house (without any Endowment) voluntarily repaird by Mr Speake, & imployed as an Alms-house. Twenty shillings by Mr Langworthy every year for six shifts. Mrs Coles, Ditto. Mr Pearse, Ten shillings in Money, To the Poor.

  4. Residence upon cure: I Reside upon my Cure, but have no Parsonage House.

  6. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service in the United Churches of St. John & St. George, at one in the morning, & at the other in ye Afternoon, (in both which Churches we have the same Congregation) & at no other Church.

  7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform’d on all Holy-days, every Tuesday, & Fryday in the morning; & Every Lords-Day twice, with sermons as in the Article above.

  8. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament of the Lords’ Supper is administred twelve times in the Year.

  9. Number of communicants: Allowing three to a Family, & subtracting the Dissenting families. The Number of Communicants will be one hundred, sixty & two. The usual number is between Forty & Fifty, (& at Easter Last past was about Sixty, or rather more) who receive.

  10. Catechising of children: I Catechize sometimes in lent, & sometimes at other seasons without any incouragement; where a false modesty prevails, so that none appear but very small children, unless upon ye approach of a Confirmation.

  11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: No Chapel within our Parish.
